Eau de parfum, Women, Spray, Les legendaires: Jicky - Guerlain Jicky is part of the Guerlain Heritage Collection. A collection of iconic fragrances, composed for more than a century by 5 generations of Perfumers. Mythical perfumes, deeply innovative for their time, which make up a unique olfactory library, incomparable and unmatched treasure, that the Maison Guerlain is committed to perpetuate. Why the name of Jicky? Aimé Guerlain kept the loving memory of a young girl named Jicky to whom he paid tribute with one of his most beautiful olfactory works. Coincidentally, the diminutive of his nephew, Jacques, was also Jicky. Jicky is offered in the mythical bottle «inverted heart». Designed in 1912 by George Chevalier as the quintessence of femininity: subtle alliance of lines and curves, rounded and harmonious shoulders, a chiseled hood in the shape of an inverted heart. Oriental fern. Contrasting, dynamic, amazing. Spicy notes, which bloom in contact with the warmth of the oriental facet, play very skillfully with the aromatic and fresh heart of lemon and lavender notes. At the bottom of this bold structure, we can distinguish woody and vanilla notes that bring vibration and personality to the fragrance. In 1889, Aimé Guerlain created his first masterpiece Jicky. It is immediately called "the first modern perfume". Complex, it is also the first unisex perfume of perfumery. It marks the beginning of emotional perfumery which no longer tries to copy the smell of flowers but rather tries to awaken emotion.
